River Pines Homeowner’s Association is a townhome community located in Stuart, Florida, barely five miles east of Interstate 95 and the Florida Turnpike. It’s situated where Cove Road ends at the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, overlooking Jupiter Island and adjacent to Miles Grant Country Club. To the south, River Pines is bordered by Seabranch Preserve, a state-owned property.
River Pines is comprised of 400 townhomes. River Pines is a homeowner’s association. The buildings are owned by the individual owners and not the association. Homeowners are responsible for maintenance of their units, including mansards, fences, paint and soffit repair. Any work done on the buildings must conform to uniformity standards.
The amenities of the Association include tennis courts, pickleball courts, handball courts, walking trail, two pools, and licensed watercraft storage and a boardwalk meandering through two ecosystems along the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway.
